Default AnyBody Add Me In Game?

I realize some of you hate me for posting questions that you consider to be absurd and the like, so I have been thinking... So I don't have to post them here, could someone add me in game so I could periodically ask you a couple of questions I am curious about... I will not bug you or anything like that, just to ask some beginner questions as I am a newb.... It would be greatly appreciated. If you would like my in game name message me Here. Or if you could just post yours here if you want or message me at that link and either get my IGN or give me your IGN... Well, thank you for at least reading this and your help would be much appreciated...!

you can add me if you like. I don't mind answering questions. However, sometimes I may not respond right away if I am in a sc or something so if you don't get a response in a few mins or I say give me a second and don't pm you back message me again. My IGN is Melony Songbringer

Instead of looking for a person or a few that can answer your questions, maybe look for a guild. This is a game called GUILD Wars for a reason, guilds work together, so you can ask people in your guild for help when you need it. You can find guilds recruiting in game, but there is also a recruitment forum here. You can see who is recruiting and contact them, or you can post a topic looking for a guild and people may contact you. In short, a guild is your best option, and what you are really looking for in this topic.

Magma is right, joining an active guild is probably the best choice if you have lots of noobish questions to ask.

Yes that's good advice too. There are plenty of pve alliances always looking for new members who will gladly take in beginners such as yourself.

Agreed with this statement. I've noticed it's taking you an extremely long time to pick up after yourself in Guild Wars. I understand most people are different and have learning curves but it's going on 2 months for you now (which imo is a long while- I picked up how to play GW [very effectively] within' the first 2 weeks and GW was my first MMO). <_<

Find yourself a guild (a big one might I add) and pop questions at them rather than here. You'll get much better results since you'll get questions answered in real-time and not have to wait for us on Guru to reply.

Best of luck.

Dont feel bad for asking questions here or in game. this is a questions and answers forum and if people dont like you asking questions they should just skip this post and go on to the next. Im not a leet pro but i could help with most things IGN-Dylock Strife.

Ps-If there are people who hate you for asking a question in the QUESTION forum they are the one with the problem not you.

Feel free to add me, I don't mind answering questions if I know the answer!

IGN: Countess Reapera

Though I would have to agree with Magma up there, finding a nice big friendly guild would be your best bet. Not only can you enjoy getting your questions answered immediately, you can also enjoy the much larger buffet of benefits that comes with joining a community of friends.

Angry Thanks To All Who Offered Help...

First of all, I would like to thank you all for taking the time to post responses to my questions. And I have a few comments from a few posts, so here they are:

I agree with this 110% (this is not an actual number, but heck, why not). another thing I don't get is why people don't take the time to write out quality posts that are pleasurable to the eye? I swear some people take 30 seconds to write a post! Oh, and SubMan247, I am not criticizing your post, just thought I would put that comment here... Next ==>

Thanks to the kind community here, I have received several offers to join some guilds and am thankful for them. (I would mainly like to thank HellScreams for his generous P.M.). Next ==>

Now offence, Boi, but this one kinda ticked me off a little. I have caught on very well with Guild Wars, it's just that I have a slight flaw about me... I'm a perfectionist... I like to know that I'm dead accurate on everything I do, including typing (You might have noticed that I take my time to "Spruce Up" my writing as I like everything done right). When Developing/Testing my Websites, everything has to be perfect. Everyone has their flaws, just some more than others... And I think my flaw is actually on the good side because if you come to me for something, you know it is going to be done right!

Don't mind Lena, if you haven't noticed by now, you could say...he is a bit full of himself.

If only there were a website somewhere you could go to look up information on a variety of subjects related to a single topic.

Imagine it: it wouldn't even be that difficult to create if the interested members all pooled their time and knowledge. Man that'd be a good idea.

The sarcasm in your post is overwhelming

@ccfrecc: Jessyi is talking about the wiki (alternatively this one).

The problem is, if you are perfectionist and want to know everything from the very beginning of the game, you will end up wrong : why? Because past lvl 20, tons of the stuff you will have learned in the early stages of the game won't be very useful, as it gets VERY different.

And trust me, perfectionists are counter-productive people, they take way too much time to complete even a simple tiny task, even if it's well done. Imo, this is more of a bad than a good thing lol.

But this is just my opinion...

Anyway, I'm happy for you to have found a guild that will be able to answer your many questions! see you in game!
